1. Starting with Restaurante Lasarte opened its doors in January 2006, and just four years later in November 2009, it was awarded its second Michelin star. Lasarte is much more than chef Martín Berasategui’s gastronomic vision for Barcelona. It is a spiritual project with the very best team of professionals at its forefront that strives to delight its diners with every aroma and flavour. The large murals inspired by Gaudí’s elegant paving stones on the Paseo de Gracia remind us of the restaurant’s Barcelonan essence, although, interestingly enough, it is named after the town of Lasarte where the Basque chef opened his first restaurant. Located in the centre of the city, Lasarte is a peaceful oasis where your five senses can enjoy dishes prepared with the very best produce and the desire to strive for excellence in conveying the passion for a job well done with every dish. The aim is to provide a culinary experience to accompany the best soirée. The main characteristics of the restaurant are its elegance and intimacy. It only seats 30 diners between its bright main dining room and a second versatile dining room which can be reserved.
2. Second is The 38 Laramie run by Pedro Larumbe Born in Lerin (Navarra) .After working in Navarra and Santander, arrives at Madrid in 1981. National Gastronomy Award in 1984.Presidente of the Association of Young Restaurateurs of Europe (1990-1995). In 1991 launches all catering services in Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I of Madrid. In 1996 he opened the restaurant that bears his name in CC ABC Serrano. In 2003 inaugurates the Finca del Valle in Madrid. In 2010 he was awarded the Authorised Dealer Spain Pavilion at the World Expo in Shanghai. In 2011 creates School of Hospitality Pedro Larumbe – Heineken in the Andalusian lounge. In 2011 opens its new headquarters at street Castellana 38. Define your kitchen as “current, but always from a very traditional recipe.” The 38 Laramie is a gastronomic experience for all times: our restaurant , renovated (and quality always) It also includes new gastrobar . Open from morning till night: perfect place to enjoy coffee from morning until evening gin and tonic with a letter in which no shortage of dishes, tapas or ramekins for a casual lunch, fast food, after work between friends or a brunch improvised.

Our third restaurant is lead or driven by Head Chef Jordi Cruz , Chef de ABAC Restaurant & Hotel and Ten’s, features a brilliant curriculum that make him worthy of 4-star Michelin with at 34 years of age. He got his first Michelin star when only 24 years, becoming the youngest chef in Spain and the second in the world to get an award in the red guide. In January 2008 he opened L’Angle and 4 months later he was awarded another star. In May 2010 he took over ABaC Restaurant & Hotel, now a gastronomic reference in Barcelona, awarded 2 Michelin ** with the award for Best Restaurant of Catalonia in 2011 by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy. In terms of cooking, defined as evolutionary and restless, based on the product and have a place where both creativity and tradition. 4. The restaurant Moments is located in one of the best hotels in Barcelona which is none other than the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona Hotel located on Paseo de Gracia. The kitchen is advised by Carme Ruscalleda , one of the most valued chefs in the world and not to forget that the area of the kitchen elite is monopolized by characters male. Ruscalleda has three Michelin stars for his restaurant in Sant Pau , A at his restaurant in Japan (just lost the second though he recover soon and maybe has to do with the difficulties of obtaining supplies of quality products after the unfortunate tsunami last year) and A ‘s in which we are concerned in this article where his son Raul Balam remains every day to soldier leading the responsibility of the stove.
Moments offers a traditional Catalan cuisine not without a superb development which places it at the forefront of the best restaurants in town. Both the environment and service are outstanding and is a perfect place to enjoy dinner at any day we want to give a special touch magical place.
